HBOS Corporate Headquarters

Our striking headquarters has been a distinctive feature of the Edinburgh skyline for over 200 years. Completed in 1806 as the head office of Bank of Scotland, it has been the corporate headquarters of HBOS plc since 2001. Around 100 members of staff work in the building, including directors and senior executives.

The building has recently undergone a major restoration by Malcolm Fraser Architects to create a modern working environment fit for the 21st century.
