Circular
HBOS has issued a Circular about its forthcoming £4.0bn rights issue to over 2m private shareholders across the country.
The Circular informs shareholders about the background to the rights issue. It also includes a timetable, the resolutions being tabled at the General Meeting in Edinburgh on 26 June and the voting arrangements.
